Terms of Service

Scope of work
Every project starts with a written scope listing deliverables, timeline and price. Work outside that scope is quoted separately and agreed in writing before it starts — nothing is added to your invoice without your approval.
Pricing and payment
Prices published on this site are starting points; your final price is fixed after we scope the work. Payment is staged against delivered milestones, typically an advance to begin and the balance on completion.
Prices are in Pakistani Rupees unless agreed otherwise. Third-party costs such as hosting, domains, licences and ad spend are billed at cost and remain your responsibility.
Source-code ownership
Full ownership of the source code transfers to you on final payment. Hosting, domain and analytics accounts are registered in your name. We do not hold your code, credentials or accounts as leverage.
Third-party components keep their own licences. We use open-source and commercially licensed components and will tell you which apply.
Timelines
We give a dated schedule before starting. Delays caused by late content, late feedback or third-party approvals move the schedule accordingly. This is the most common cause of overrun, so we flag exactly what we need in week one.
Revisions and support
Each project includes a defined revision allowance and a free fixes window after launch, both stated in your scope. After that, changes are quoted or covered by a maintenance plan.
What we cannot guarantee
We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic volumes or sales. Search engines and ad platforms control their own algorithms. We guarantee the work described in your scope and report results honestly, including when something is not working.
Confidentiality
We treat your business information as confidential and will sign an NDA on request. We reference work in our portfolio only with your permission, and anonymised if you prefer.
Cancellation
Either side may end an engagement in writing. You pay for work completed to that point and receive the deliverables produced so far.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, with disputes subject to the courts of Karachi. Questions: info@jabbarlabs.com.
